For most print orders the poly printing plates with the strength of 0.2 mm for 70 lines per centimeter screens will be more suitable. Make sure that the plate cylinder is oil free during the clamping.

The printer ink with a highly pigmented one will allow it to transfer at a low level. Make sure that the inks are not mixed with the printing oil or any other printing agents to get an optimum quality printing.

While mixing the dampening solution, you should be very careful and pay much attention to the dosage amount that the manufacturer has instructed. You can use more additives to avoid printing problems like scumming or clusters in the corners but as far as possible try avoiding overdosage.  

For a proper outcome of the printing it is important that you should maintain the machine carefully and in a regular basis. One important instruction is that the reverse side of plate should never be dampened.
